WE REALLY HAVE ALL THE LOVE WE NEED

Subject: WE REALLY HAVE ALL THE LOVE WE NEED

Affirmation for Monday November 2nd

I know that all my needs are met... I know that feeling unloved, feeling needy or lacking is just an illusion. The Universe looks after me and guides my life with loving precision... my life is perfect for me and I reject all ideas of separation or isolation

NOBODY on this dear planet of ours complains of having too much love... their emotional needs met too much... or never feeling lonely.

So for most of us we have a deep yearning to feel more loved than we might do already if not at all...

So for most of us we might have a deep yearning to feel more connected... to have people in our lives who will listen to us and to whom we can share our innermost thoughts and feelings.

And yet when we feel most isolated or most lonely or most misunderstood it is because we feel our needs are not being met.

This is an illusion... an illusion that make us feel terribly needy... an illusion that makes us feel that we are lacking something.

But the truth is that all our needs our met.

We are loved... we have a wealth of love in our hearts that just needs to be connected to.

We are abundant... there is a wealth of abundance in the universe that just needs to be connected to.

We are whole... we just need to connect with the wholeness of the universe in which we exist.

We are connected... we are connected to everyone and everything that is... we just have to be aware of this or to remember.

The illusion is kept alive and is fuelled so cruelly by our ego... that part of us which so falsely believes we are separate, we are disconnected, we are better than or less than.

This is the part of us which is fixated on possessing, having, getting and holding onto.

It is not the part of us which knows that we have all the resources inside of us, there is nothing we do not have and there is nothing to get or hold onto.

Because we have it already.

If we fear not having the resources we need to live the life we live, then we add fuel to the illusion and bring about situations in our life where that is manifested to us... rightly or wrongly

If we believe we are not good enough or lacking then we will attract people and experiences in our life that will unfortunately and tragically confirm that erroneous belief that we are just so damn needy.

And if we believe we are not loved or lovable then we might attract into our lives those who will not love us how we wish to be loved or will confirm our belief that we are pretty much unlovable.

When we feel unloved or love starved, we can withdraw from others... go into our own shell.

But this is really a signal for us to seek comfort in ourselves.. to feel so comfortable in our own skin... to accept that there is nothing we do not have or that we have an abundance of love just as we have an abundance of everything else in our lives.

It is true that we need at least one person in our lives to love and love in return, to be physically and emotionally intimate with.

It is a case when we truly love ourselves and feel great about ourselves that we will attract our significant other into our lives... our husband or wife, boyfriend or girlfriend, life partner or lover(s)

When we don't feel comfortable or truly love ourselves we will be looking for others to make us feel good... and so often they will not be making us feel good and this will perpetuate the cycle of feeling unloved, unwanted or disconnected.

But the more we feel good about ourselves, the more others in our life will also feel good about themselves and so they will mirror back to us all that we feel in our own consciousness.

We will cease to be too needy and our basic needs will be met with ease and without struggle.

So let us accept that our needs are met by a loving and abundant Universe, or God, or the Source, or whatever you conceive the greater good that created us and loves us to be .

You and I are so loved.

You and I deserve love

And you and I just need to remember that we are love.
