A Systematic Approach To Making A Million Dollars in Nettwork Marketing

The solution lies in the system. You must have a proven and tested system. Before I go into the system and strategy, you must choose the right company. Most people fail in network marketing it is because they chose the wrong company and did the wrong things!

How to choose the right company? Look at the four important factors, I call it the "four wheels" of your financial freedom vehicle. Do the management have successful track record and are they doing the right things. Buckminster Fullers said it very well: "Integrity is the essence of everything."

The next factor is the product or service, is it unique, or is it a "me too" product or service, does it have the "Wow!" factor. For example if you are in health supplements, you will be way ahead of the others if you have a scientific breakthrough product or something that is unique and patented. Products that are supported by science.

The third factor is the compensation plan, is it fair and balanced? Many compensation plan are created to reward a few business builders at the expense of the part-timers who are struggling to make a decent part-time income and after some time will stop doing the business!

The fourth factor is the support system, does the company has a global support system that is simple, duplicatable and effective?

Once you have chosen the right company, the next thing to do is to understand this simple strategy, you must work as a team and sponsor leaders or business builders who are committed to achieving their goals. You must support them with a clear plan of action.

So what is the system and strategy? You already have a network marketing system with a compensation plan to reward you when you achieve certain result. The strategy is to choose the right company and work with the right team who has the right strategy of getting committed business builders and support them with effective training so that everyone knows exactly what to do and why they are doing it?

Here's a simple example, can you see yourself building an organization such as the one that I am showing you now. The tsunami killed hundreds of thousands of lives, the financial crisis ruined millions of lives and the bird flu pandemic will kill millions of lives! What are the common factors? Ignorance, greed, lack of co-operation and lack of leadership!

Ignorance - do you know that thousands of people living in the coastal areas didn't know what is a tsunami? That is why so many children died in the tsunami because they didn't know the danger! They were not taught by their parents or the education system or leaders in their villages or town on what is a tsunami and what are the signs and what to do in the event of a tsunami?

You've heard the last lecture, seen it on youtube and maybe even read the book. Mother nature is very generous to us, you can count the number of seeds in an apple but you cannot count the number of apples in the seeds! Learn from nature, there is a time for sowing, harvesting, celebration and rest. Look at the four phases of life, 0 to 20, 20 to 40, 40 to 60, 60 to 80 years old. Any years after 80 are bonus years for you. In the first 20 years you learn, in the second 20 years you earn, from 40 to 60 you are supposed to enjoy the fruits of your labour and from 60 to 80 is the time to contribute and leave a legacy.

Education gives you the most leverage, to be successful, learn from those who are successful and you have 20 years to learn, earn and leverage and most people took too long working hard instead of working smart! If you can create your wealth in 4 years, why take 40 years? You can literally save 36 years of your life!

No matter where you are now, do not regret, what is past is gone forever, the best time you have is now and the actions you are going to take to create a better life for yourself and your loved ones. It is never too late to make a positive change, many successful people have to go through greater challenges than what you are experiencing now and they never give up on their dreams!

There is a wise saying that there are three things you must do in life and that is plant a tree, write a book and have a child. When you plant a tree, the tree will produce thousands of seeds and you are literally planting millions of trees. When you write a book, you can make a positive difference to millions of lives and when you have a child, he can make a positive difference to millions of lives too by doing the same!

If you are not getting the results you want in life it is not the how, it is the why? You must have the burning desire to achieve your dream and you must have love and wisdom to achieve happiness and success. What is your passion? What is your compelling purpose to do? What do you really want in life?

Do you know where you are now? You must know where you are now before you can go where you want to go.

You are what you think. Positive thinking will create positive results and negative thinking will create negative results. Here are simple, powerful and empowering lessons from Lama Thubten Tsering, my spiritual teacher, he always asked: Are You Happy? If not why? You have to ask yourself what are the things you are doing that give you the results you are experiencing now? He reminds us to "Check Yourself" At the end of the day, do a review on your thoughts, what you have said and done. And "You Make It", to take responsibility for our results, you are where you are today it is because of your thoughts, speech and actions. If you want a bette life, then you must have better thoughts, say and do better things!

Charlie Tremendous Jones is well known for this saying that five years from today the only difference in your life will be because of the books you read and the people you meet. Birds of a feather flock together. Show me your friends and I will tell you who you are!
