I've been in network marketing business for over 15 years and there is only one simple requirement for people to be part of my team and that is to be sincere, serious and committed! You got to be serious with yourself and others--be true to yourself and others. Say what you mean and mean what you say.
You have to work on your leadership and communication because if you cannot lead and communicate well, the chances of you achieving success is very slim. Leadership is about leading by example and caring enough about the people you lead. You got to make sure you communicate well with them and let them know what is happening and how you can help them. You can't be a good leader if you throw tantrums, get emotional or scold or insult people?
There is a popular Chinese saying: "Once you have spoken the word, sixteen horses cannot pull it back!" You got to be careful of what you say, people are basically emotional and they are very sensitive and easily hurt by words!
Work with these ten universal laws:
1. The Law of Love. It is also known as the Law of Attraction. You will attract what you feel strongly about or what you focussed on constantly! We are made of love and it is the most powerful force on earth and Yes, those who are spiritual will realize that love is what makes life meaningful and understanding love and loving others is the way to live a happy, rich and meaningful life!
2. The Law of Cause and Effect. You will reap what you sow. This is the mother of all universal laws and you basically get what you deserve--what goes around comes around. Be careful of what you think, say and do!
3. The Law of Giving and Receiving. You cannot give without receiving and you cannot receive without giving. It is the yin and yang of life. Here's a wonderful quotation: "There was a man, they thought he was mad, but the more he gave, the more he had!"

5. The Law of Trusting and Believing. You cannot go far in life if you cannot trust and believe in people because you are constantly dealing with people and when you are able to trust and believe in others, you will find others are able to trust and believe in you!
