The solution lies in the system. You must have a proven and tested system. Before I go into the system and strategy, you must choose the right company. Most people fail in network marketing it is because they chose the wrong company and did the wrong things!
How to choose the right company? Look at the four important factors, I call it the "four wheels" of your financial freedom vehicle. Do the management have successful track record and are they doing the right things. Buckminster Fullers said it very well: "Integrity is the essence of everything."
The next factor is the product or service, is it unique, or is it a "me too" product or service, does it have the "Wow!" factor. For example if you are in health supplements, you will be way ahead of the others if you have a scientific breakthrough product or something that is unique and patented. Products that are supported by science.
The third factor is the compensation plan, is it fair and balanced? Many compensation plan are created to reward a few business builders at the expense of the part-timers who are struggling to make a decent part-time income and after some time will stop doing the business!
The fourth factor is the support system, does the company has a global support system that is simple, duplicatable and effective?
Once you have chosen the right company, the next thing to do is to understand this simple strategy, you must work as a team and sponsor leaders or business builders who are committed to achieving their goals. You must support them with a clear plan of action.
So what is the system and strategy? You already have a network marketing system with a compensation plan to reward you when you achieve certain result. The strategy is to choose the right company and work with the right team who has the right strategy of getting committed business builders and support them with effective training so that everyone knows exactly what to do and why they are doing it?
Here's a simple example, can you see yourself building an organization such as the one that I am showing you now. You sponsor 6 committed business builders and work closely with them until they also sponsor their 6 committed business builders. For them to be able to do this you must train them on the effective approach which is building relationship and friendship and helping people to achieve their dreams!
When they sponsor 6 you will have 36 in your second level and this is where effective duplication is critical to your success and this can only happen through the right strategy, proper teamwork and training.
6 x 6 = 36, 36,. x 6 = 216, 216 x 6 = 1,296 which will give you a total of 1,544 committed independent distributors in your organization. The key word is commitment. I have written an ebook. The Secret To Making A Million Dollars in Network Marketing where I explain the details and strategy used.
If you want to make a million dollars in network marketing, there are three important things you must work on. First, how long do you want to take to make that million dollars? Second, do you have the right company and the right team to help you do the right things. Third, you must commit yourself to work on your strategy to make your million dollars!
Imagine building a committed organization with 1,000 members and each consuming $200 worth of products a month, you will generate a monthly sales volume of $200,000 and based on an average 5% commission, you will earn $10,000 a month. Imagine your organization is 10,000 members and you can take 5 to 10 years to build it and again based on an average of 5% commission, you will be earning $100,000 a month! You are only limited by your beliefs, commitment and effort!
