A Blue Print For Success In Network Marketing

I know it's hard for you to know which company to choose when everyone is telling you that they have the best product, best management, best leaders, best support and best compensation plan!

The best products are the ones that have been proven and tested by thousands of satisfied customers who have benefited greatly! They are also supported by scientific reports.

The best management is the executive team that have proven themselves successful and understand the heart and soul of the business especially if one of them has lots of experience as a network marketer and really understand how a network marketer feels and the things he expects from management.

The best support is one that is simple and effective offline and online without the red tape and irritating policies and procedures that make network marketers keep themselves a mile away from the company! It must be simple and easy for a new member to join offline or online without unnecessary "road blocks" and "complicated forms" to fill!

In my 14 years of business I've seen my fair share of complicated application forms and complicated procedures that make you wonder why some companies make it so difficult for people to start the business?

There must be a simple and duplicatable training system offline and online.

The best compensation plan is one that pays out fully the maximum percentage the company claims to pay out with no breakage or leakage the "dirty secret" of management that tries to squeeze as much as possible from the compensation plan! Of course, the compensation plan must be simple, easy to understand and present! Again, I've seen my fair share of complicated compensation plan that even veteran network marketers find it hard to understand let alone present it!

There's definitely more to it than what can be explained in a short article. The objective of this article is to touch on the fundamentals and basic steps you need to take to achieve success in network marketing.

There are only two factors that will make you fail or succeed in network marketing, choosing the right company and doing the right things! Your chances of success is as good as zero if you are riding a "sick horse" and you can forget about winning the race or even finishing it! If you are given the best horse but you did not learn how to ride a horse well, then most likely you will fail!

The industry has been hurt by many companies with weak management and "rogue leaders" who are good at misrepresentation and front loading! The Law of Cause and Effect has made its impact as can be seen from the negative feelings generated by millions of people worldwide who were disillusioned or hurt by such companies especially those that promote money games and get-rich-quick schemes and disguised themselves as network marketing companies.

You must have a simple system to educate people on how to choose a good company and what are the right things to do!

The network marketing successful model works with universal laws and it is built on love, trust and relationship. Abraham Lincoln said it very well: "You can fool all the people some time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time." The truth will catch up and expose the companies for what they are!

Find a mentor or coach, someone who has been there and done that and is doing the right things. Do not be smitten by large checks flashed by some "rogue leaders" to attract people into their program, and top leaders in pyramid schemes are often seen doing that! It is not how much they make, it is how they made their money? Here's the million dollar question, with a reasonable amount of commitment, time and effort can the majority earn $300 to $1,000 or more a month? Usually those companies that have leaders flashing their big checks, have very few people earning a decent part-time income and the attrition rate is so high it is similar to a pyramid scheme where only a few leaders make the money and the rest ask "where's the money?"

Look for a compensation plan that can help the majority earn a decent part-time income from $300 to $1,000 or more a month! To be successful in network marketing, you must work with the Law of Attraction by doing the right things and being true to yourself and others. Confucius said: "Do not do unto others what you do not want others to do unto you." You must work with the mother of all universal laws which is the Law of Cause and Effect - you reap what you sow and it comes back to you in many fold!
